Lille handled Nimes even with ten people

Lille`s team made it 3:2 as a guest of Nimes in a match from the 18th round of the French Championship. `The Dogs` gathered 34 points and emerged as the only team to try to pursue the leader and champion Paris Saint-Germain. The Parisians have 10 more and deferred visits to the eastern part of the country in Dijon.

The guests took a 3:0 lead in the first 66 minutes of the game, although they had 10 left in the 16th minute because of the red card of Joseph Fonte. At the end of the game, the Nimes hosts reduced to 2:3, but Lille eventually held up their lead.

Both teams have to be happy that they managed to make a good match with a lot of emotions and hot moments despite the bad weather. The removal of Jose Fonte within a quarter hour of play for words that probably were not at all courteous to the assistant judge gave a new dimension to the match after Lille had already taken a 1:0 lead with Rafael Leao`s goal at 4minute. But the visitors` defense m anaged to reorganize as the scorer made it to Edgar Ie`s. Three minutes before the end of the first half, Lille led with 2:0, thanks to Jonathan Bamba`s shot at Mehmet Celik, and Antoni Brianson could not help defending. Bamba assists for the third goal in the 66th minute match of his partner in the attack, Nicolas Pepe, for which it is the 12th goal since the start of the season. Just two minutes later, the hosts returned a goal through Rashid Ali, but the result remained the same until the last minute. The final predicted by partners of football predictions 2:3 was shaped by Clement Depres in the 92th minute, but Nimes did not have time and strength for anything more. Nimes remains at the 10th place with 23 points.

The runner-up of Bayern lost at the last minute

The silver medalist Schalke 04 has begun to lose the new season in the First Bundesliga after retreating 1:2 in a visit to Wolfsburg, which has escaped from a barrage. The decisive goal fell in the added time when the reserve Daniel Ginczek scored for the hosts. The duel was extremely strenuous and was marked by controversial judges and the use of the Video Assistant referee system. The Miners dominated the first 20 minutes but did not reach the goal. Then Wolfsburg pressed and in the 33rd minute John Anthony Brooks realized 1:0 after a corner kick. Mark Uth could quickly restore his draw, but the Wolves goalkeeper was screaming.

In the 66th minute, the main referee, Patrick Ittrich, chased the Schalke 04 defender Matija Nastasic with a red card. Initially, he lifted him a yellow for dangerous entry into the feet of Wout Weghorst, but then he looked at a record of the situation and removed the serb. His decision was debatable, and it seems that the referee himself felt obligated to the guests and two minutes later he hurried to flush a red card to the same Wout Weghorst in a situation where he collided with Guido Burgstaller. There was a bit of disagreement here, and VAR had to be used, and then he realized he had been wrong and replaced the red card with yellow after he had pulled out a yellow card to Burgstaller. After all this talk, the players of the selected season`s coach Domenico Tedesco still managed to reach the leveling. In the 85th minute, Breel Embolo a substitute, took a penalty that Nabil Bentaleb made for 1:1. Shortly thereafter, Schalke`s players missed a lead of 2:1, from which they shuffled. Ginczek brought the Wolfsburg success with his debut for the Bundesliga team after finding a way to Ralf Fahrmann`s door.
